During your posture evaluation consultation (available in-person or virtually), we’ll conduct a comprehensive assessment of your spinal alignment and postural patterns, discussing their impact on your current symptoms and long-term spinal health. Using advanced posture analysis technology, we’ll identify specific imbalances and develop a personalised treatment plan including chiropractic adjustments, corrective exercises, and lifestyle modifications. Depending on time availability, we can either complete a full examination (£75 – payable online) with immediate treatment recommendations, or schedule a follow-up appointment for your comprehensive care strategy.
